2. Services

Originalinaya Lipa provides tour and travel services in Great Britain, including but not limited to:

• Customized travel itineraries
• Guided tours
• Transportation services
• Accommodation bookings
• Activity and attraction bookings
• Travel consultations

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Booking Process

To book our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian permission
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed after we send a written confirmation and have received the required deposit or full payment. Until these conditions are met, no contract exists between you and Originalinaya Lipa.

3.3 Payments

Payment terms:

• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods specified at the time of booking
• A non-refundable deposit (typically 25% of the total cost) is required to secure your booking
• Full payment is due 60 days before the tour start date unless otherwise specified
• For bookings made within 60 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking
• All prices are in British Pounds (£) unless otherwise specified

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellations by You

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations more than 60 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations 31-60 days before the tour start date: 50% refund minus the non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations 15-30 days before the tour start date: 25% refund minus the non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations 14 days or less before the tour start date: No refund

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].

4.2 Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel a tour or service due to:

• Force majeure events (see Section 5)
• Insufficient number of participants
• Health and safety concerns
• Any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, we will offer:

• A full refund of all monies paid, or
• An alternative tour of comparable standard, subject to availability and your acceptance

We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as visa fees, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, or travel insurance premiums.

4.3 Changes to Bookings

If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your requests, but changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, or other natural events
• War, civil unrest, terrorism, or threats of terrorism
• Labor disputes or strikes
• Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
• Government actions or restrictions
• Technical problems or unexpected service interruptions

In such circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel, alter, or postpone tours and services without liability.

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have valid passports, visas, permits, and health certificates required for your journey
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and entry requirements of the destinations you visit
• Obtaining and maintaining appropriate travel insurance for the duration of your trip

We are not liable for any issues arising from inadequate documentation or failure to comply with travel requirements.

7. Health and Fitness

You must:

• Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements before booking
• Ensure you are in suitable physical condition to participate in the activities included in your tour
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our guides and partners

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose health or fitness level may put themselves or others at risk.

8. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability for any claims arising out of these Terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant booking
• We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages resulting therefrom

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law

9. Intellectual Property
